His professional experience in some of the most famous restaurants abroad, such as the three-star "El Bulli" of Ferran Andria in Spain, the "L'atelier de Joël Robuchon" and "Le Château de Lacan Brive la Gaillarde" in France is astounding. He has also worked in many of the most distinguished hotels and restaurants in Greece. His culinary identity consists of two main aspects: the pursuit of the most traditional flavours of the country and the implementation of the most modern culinary techniques. He has published the book "Noble Workbook", in collaboration with chef G. Troumouchis and A. Koroneos. He is now the executive chef at Sheraton Resort.

He is the Executive Chef in "Grande Bretagne" and "King George" hotels, and the Culinary Director of "Marriott International" in Greece. The focal point of his culinary philosophy is simplicity, with emphasis on the high quality of raw materials and his excellent technique that always result to pure and special flavours. After completing his education in culinary schools in Greece, he attended seminars in Paris, Barcelona and southern France and worked in top restaurants and hotels such as "Makedonia Palas", "Agioli" at Electra Palace in Thessaloniki, and Pentelikon Hotel, where he was awarded with a Michelin star for the Greek Mediterranean cuisine he offered at the "Vardis" restaurant. He has also been awarded several times with a “Golden Cap” and a “Greek Cuisine Award”.
