He studied Culinary arts at the Higher School of Tourism Education of Rhodes. At the end of his studies he staged in famous restaurants such as “De Jonge Dikkert”, Amsterdam and “Arzak” in San Sebastián, Spain. He also worked in many hotel restaurants in Rhodes He has taught at the Institute of Vocational Training in Rhodes. Today he is an executive chef in Rodos Palace, along with chef Lefteris Kampourakis.

Chef Lefteris Kabourakis studied Culinary Arts in Greece and Switzerland. During his career he worked in many hotel restaurants in Greece, such as ATRIUM Group, Sheraton, Imperial Rhodes Hotel, Hilton Rhodes, Park Suites Hotel, etc. He has attended a multitude of seminars on modern cooking techniques, molecular gastronomy and the art of sushi and he has taught Cooking Classes for eight years at the Institute of Vocational Training in Rhodes. Today his executive chef in Rodos Palace with Michalis Stalas.

From a very young age, Dimitris Pamboris emerged as one of the most dynamic chefs of the second wave of the renewal and promotion of the gastronomic aspect of Greek cuisine. For several years he is being awarded for the high quality of his work (Greek Cuisine Awards and Golden Caps). He has worked in the Michelin restaurant “Auberge de l’Ill” besides the famous chef Marc Haeberlin and at the Grecotel Hotels & Resorts hotel group in Greece. Today, he continues his dynamic path at the “Bubo” and “Treehouse” restaurants of “Ekies All Senses Resort” in Vourvourou, Halkidiki.
