Chef Ilias Kakouris begun with studies in economics and tourism, but finally he chose culinary arts. For the past 5 years, he works as an executive chef in the 4 restaurants of Atlantica Imperial Resort & Spa-Imperial Resort and Imperial Residences in Rhodes: the fine dining "Bluebay", the "Culinarium at Mylos” (contemporary Greek cuisine), the “Ginger" (fusion Asiana cuisine) and the “Agora Dining Room & Al Fresco Terrace” (international cuisine). During his career, he has worked in Greek and international resorts, in Greece and abroad, such as the Grecotel Ηotels and the Robinson Club.

The Corfiot-Italian Ettore Botrini is the chef patron of “Etrusco” in Corfu a restaurant that holds the enviable title of the best restaurant in Greece and is honoured with two Toques d’Or. He is also the chef patron of the Athenian restaurant “Botrini”, which is also awarded every year the Toque d’Or and the one-star Michelin. He ingeniously reproduces his taste memories from Corfu and Italy, with imagination, local cuisine research, constant experimentation and exceptional technique. He started working with his father Etrusco Botrini at the family restaurant, he had a practical training in three-Michelin star restaurants in Monaco and France, he has attended seminars on molecular gastronomy in Spain and he continued his training next to the three-star chef, Martin Berasategui.
